Q. What are the tech requirements to attend G5 leadership training and events?
A.We use Livestream to deliver G5 events. Here are basic tech requirements:
- High-speed Internet access with a modern browser: Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Explorer. G5 and Microsoft no longer support Internet Explorer 6.
- Unblocked access to http://live.g5leadership.com. NOTE: if you're attempting to attend an event today, click here: http://live.g5leadership.com
- Whitelist http://www.livestream.com/g5live
- Computer speakers for sound (headphones if you can't play sound over speakers where you work)
- Adobe Reader for PDF downloads and Adobe Flash Player for video.
Q. How do I register for an event?
A. If you're a G5 Member you simply log in to your membership account. Once logged in, use our One-Click Registration process for any event. A confirmation email will be sent immediately.
Only G5 Leadership Members may attend events. G5 events are closed to the public.
Q. I can't get into the event I signed up for. Where do I go for help?
A. Make sure you have your G5 Membership username and password, and all tech requirements listed above are covered. If you need help before the event starts, you can send an email to g5team at g5leadership dot com. During the event all G5 staff are busy producing the event.
Q. What if I miss the event?
A. We record every event for on-demand viewing after the event.
Q. How many people can I take through a G5 Leadership event?
A. As long as each person is a paying G5 Member, as many as you want. No freebies.

Q. I've heard online workshops lose the classroom feel and high-touch experience.
A. It depends on what you mean by "classroom" feel. True, you won't be sitting at a table in a room full of 30 people, a projection screen and a trainer in front of you. You will be engaged though. Our broadcasts are streamed live, highly interactive and visually stunning. Each event is followed by unlimited, on-demand access and tools to support what you learned.
