Eroding trust.

Trust within companies has declined to the lowest level in years. In the U.S., less than 50% of employees have trust and confidence in senior management. Trust-related problems like redundancy, bureaucracy, fraud, and turnover put the skids on productivity, divert resources, squander opportunities, and chip away at a company’s brand.

The speed of trust.

On the other hand, leaders who make building trust in the workplace an explicit goal of their jobs elevate trust to a strategic advantage—accelerating growth, enhancing innovation, improving collaboration and execution, and increasing shareholder value.

The Speed of Trust delivers permanent skills that change the trajectory of your team and business. Instead of paying outrageous “Trust Taxes,” your organization can begin to realize “Trust Dividends.” Doing business at the “speed of trust” dramatically lowers costs, speeds up results, and increases profits and influence.

Character and competence.

Four key elements are learned that are vital for an individual to develop in order to have the foundation of credibility upon which trust can be built.  Two of these cores deal with character, two with competence.  In the 13 Behaviors part of the training, key behaviors are identified that are common to all high trust individuals.

What’s most exciting about these behaviors is that they can be learned and applied by any individual at any level within any organization or relationship.  The net result is a significantly increased ability to generate trust with all stakeholders in order to achieve better results and more joyful relationships.
